Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store and ensuring exceptional customer service. Duties:
- Manage all aspects of the store's operations, including sales, inventory management, and customer service
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and meet store targets
- Train, supervise, and motivate a team of retail associates
- Create schedules and manage payroll to ensure adequate staffing levels

- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff members
- Collaborate with the Assistant Manager to achieve store goals

Requirements:
- Previous experience in retail sales and/or management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent math skills for cash handling and inventory management
- Knowledge of payroll processes and procedures

- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
