Provide support for windows server systems running on windows 2012/2016/2019. Activities includes troubleshooting, patching, backing up / restoring of VM’s, deploying new VM’s and working with application teams on Middleware support. Lead team of Junior admins in resolving system issues

Task Description:

Windows Administrative activities include:

• · Maintaining a stable Windows environment
• · Patch servers monthly or on as needed basis for vulnerabilities
• · Use Ansible tower to manage and maintain the Windows environment
• · Manage Puppet in providing compliance of the Windows environment
• · Manage and maintain repo server and its repositories and the devices that pull down the repos
• · Manage Active Directory
• · Proficient in VMWare Esxi infrastructure and knowledge on deploying VM’s
• · Must be able to work independently to execute against a set of requirements.
• · Must be able to troubleshoot independently to resolution.
• · Must be able to configure Intrusion Detection, encrypted storage, and system auditing.
• · Must be available for 24x7 On call rotation

Required skills/Level of Experience :

· 4-8 years of experience with planning, designing, and installing virtual hardware/software within an Enterprise datacenter

· Should have a minimum level knowledge on Ansible and managing of Windows environment

· Active Dircetory Management

· VMWare ESXi
