Provide support for Netapp and IBM storage infrastructure. Also manage the SAN fabric. Storage controllers include: Controllers include: FAS 9200, FAS 8700, FAS 8080, FAS 8060, AFF 8080, FAS 2720, AFF 700, and AFF900 and IBM v5200 

Task Description:

Storage Administrative activities include: 

• Reviewing and monitoring LUNs for usage and performance 

• Resolve daily issues on Storage and escalate if assistance required 

• Applying firmware updates as required 

• Troubleshoot issues on Storage controller NetApp and IBM 

• Must be available for 24x7 on call rotation 

• Resolve help desk tickets

• Must be able to work with oversite to execute against a set of requirements 

Required skills/Level of Experience : 

• Should have working knowledge of NetApp and IBM storage controllers and enclosures 

• Ability to identify and troubleshoot and resolve tickets opened for routine tasks. 

• Create or expand LUNs as requested.
