Summary

Reviews manufacturers Texas Medicaid Drug Rebate payments to identify rebate disputes and resolve outstanding balances.

Your role in our mission

• Contacting pharmacy and medical providers to verify products dispensed
• Contacting drug manufacturers for detailed information regarding disputed items and providing claim level within one week of request
• Researching disputed pharmaceutical products to accurately prepare drug rebate resolution proposals
• Negotiating with drug manufacturers to fairly and accurately resolve disputes
• Completing required productivity tracking reports

What we're looking for

• Experience with Medicaid Drug Rebates, Medical/Pharmacy claims processing, Pharmacy and/or medical billing is highly preferred
• PRIMS, Process Manager, SSRS Reports, Remote Desktop Connection experience.
• PDF Editing Software experience (Adobe, Nitro Pro, PDF Escape)
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, SharePoint, TEAMS, Outlook)
• Accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail

• This position is an on-site (5 days/week) position in Austin, TX.
• Work Shift: Monday to Friday

The pay range for this position is $33,500.00 - $47,900.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
