POSITION TITLE: Client Services Coordinator
TEAM: Customer Care & Digital Operations
REPORTS TO: Client Services Manager
POSITION INTERFACE: All Gable Teams and Clients
FLSA Classification: Hourly, Non – Exempt
OBJECTIVE
Under the direct supervision of the Client Services Manager, this position will provide administrative support services between our clients, outsourced vendors, and internal personnel. This will include assisting both the Client Service Manager and Service Coordinator in daily billing and administrative functions.
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
· Accurate and timely invoicing
· Identifying warranty or billable service tickets and sales orders
· Gathering documents and recording data within our ERP system
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
· To generate proposals within the ERP system
· Assist service coordinator with preventative maintenance program
· Maintaining recurring annual subscriptions
· Provide customer service to clients via phone calls and emails
· Assist with maintaining accounts receivable
REQUIRED SKILLS
· Ability to multi-task and work within a team
· Proficient in Microsoft Office
· Superb time management and detail orientation
· Experience with Accounts Receivable

While performing the duties of this job team member is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts and high, precarious places. The noise level in the environment is moderate. Occasionally job site noise will be very loud and protective ear covers may be needed. Periodic exposure to factory environment and condition such as fumes, dust and mist.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
All prospective team members must pass a criminal background check and drug test. Candidates must also meet the requirements for an I-9, e-Verify.
