POSITION:Human Resources Specialist
LOCATION: Arlington, VA (NCR) - Some Telework

Overview:
G2 Global Solutions, LLC. is seeking an experienced Human Resources Specialist to provide support to our customer and its mission.
Principle Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:
Provide comprehensive analysis of the Mission, Explicit Tasks, and Inherent Tasks, and assist the Government in development of staffing requirements
Perform activities in the human resource area. Includes employment specialists who screen, recruit, interview, and place workers
Prepare and submit Hiring Packages to DCSA HR, development of job descriptions, justifications, and related artifacts necessary to hire additional staff
Assist the Government in selecting candidates for hire by facilitating a smooth selection process
Provides management consultative services in more than one of the HR Functions (?e.g., recruitment and placement, position classification and management, workforce restructuring, performance management, awards and recognition, employee benefits, data systems, entitlements, and allowances, employee relations, rank-in-person promotion process, and employee development)
Provides?comprehensive and in-depth advice and guidance to applicants, employees, managers, and supervisors on civilian personnel regulations, policies, and procedures; and recommending?solutions to personnel-related problems and issues
Assists managers with planning and implementing reorganization that typically involve major mission changes and realignment of all/most positions and personnel, as well as identifying positions to be reclassified prior to making such changes
Coordinates and conducts?in-depth complex studies of special interest to identify and recommend solutions to difficult and controversial problems
Analyzes?and evaluates?program execution for the organization recognizing?problem areas; and originating?solutions to complex and unusual issues
