Golden Touch is a family-owned and operated wholesale apparel manufacturer with a mission to deliver trend-focused products for nearly 50 years. We produce private label brands for large mass-market retailers across the globe specializing in children's, junior, missy, and women's apparel.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with Design and Production team to review fabrics and samples for children’s apparel
• Daily follow up and communication with factories overseas
• Track and update all tasks in PLM
• Review strike offs, lab dips, and artwork and get them approved
• Troubleshoot quality issues on behalf of the factories
• Ensure on time delivery based on the comments being released to the factories

Requirements

• 3 years of hands on experience handling production in apparel import business. Private label experience is a big plus.
• Preferred: prior experience working with childrenswear
• Must be able to handle large volume.
• Must know how to prioritize tasks and to execute them within given time frame. 
• Must have strong follow up and good communication skills. 
• Must be detail oriented.
• Quick learner & self-starter. 
• Knowledge of PLM and AS400 is a plus
• Knowledge of garment/fabric testing procedures and factory audit process is a plus
• Prior experience with color is a plus

Salary: $50K - $60K*

*As a private company, Golden Touch may pay more or less than the published upper limit of the pay range based on an individual’s demonstrated experience and expertise in their field. The pay ranges serve as a target and allow us to consider relevant experience, time in the role, salaries of internal peers, business sector, prior performance, and geographic location.
