G-Net Construction is looking to hire a BUILDING CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER! We are a full-service general construction company offering a full-time opportunity to grow with us!

Duties include (But Not Limited To!):
  • Assisting in the review and evaluation of vendor proposals.
  • Coordinate subcontractor payments w/ office bookkeeper.
  • Research project materials for purchasing.
  • Coordinate the permit applications & the construction sign-offs w/ the office personnel.
  • Set up contract agreements w/ Owner or Subcontractors.
  • Updating project schedules.
  • Perform field surveys of projects during construction.
  • Assisting in on-site project meetings.
  • Setting up & making various phone calls.
  • Assisting with office phone calls, filing, faxing, scanning, copying, etc.
  • Scheduling meetings & coordinating attendees.
  • Client and designer interfacing.
  • New vendor, supplier and subcontractor acquisition.
  • Help with "processing" proposals and change orders.
  • Help with “processing” post meeting notes (field and office meetings).
  • Help with visiting job sites daily to track progress.
  • Help with updating submittals logs and following up with respective subcontractors/vendors/architects.
  • Help with “processing” approved vendor proposals.
Qualifications:
  • MUST have a valid driver’s license.
  • MUST have your own means of transportation.
  • Having any already worked in the construction or architectural firm is a plus.
  • Having an education in construction or architectural school is a plus.
  • Must be proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook, MS Project, etc.
  • Having an NYC DOB Expediter license is a plus.
  • Having Estimating experience is a Plus.
