Position: Building field supervisor.
BUILDING Construction JUNIOR SUPERVISOR Duties include (BUT NOT LIMITED TO!!):

Overseeing & manage ALL project subcontractor trades, as well as own forces, and to resolve details between subcontractors, field conditions & the plans.
Monitor the activities of subcontractors to ensure compliance with specifications and procedures.
Update daily logs for payroll, material lists, work performed, etc.
Coordinate architect’s drawings against the field work.
Review & log weekly OSHA Safety Checklists, as well as weekly Toolbox meetings.
Perform weekly material orders with contracted vendors ensuring that the project budget is being maintained.
Prepare two-week look ahead at all times.
Coordinate subcontractor trades to work close to the project baseline schedule.
Communicating ALL project clarifications & changes with the subcontractors.
Log weekly progress of the project ensuring the project schedule is being met.

On smaller projects, you will work HANDS-ON alongside your crew with:

Partition framing & drywall.
Finish carpentry (wood moldings, wood handrails, etc.)
Doorframe, door & hardware, as well as window installation.
Toilet accessories installation.
Cement board & bathroom waterproofing membrane installation.
Wood floor patching.
Rough carpentry (floor joists, exterior & roof sheathing, floor underlayment, etc.)
Drop drywall & ACT ceiling framing.
VCT flooring & vinyl base.
Wood stairs installations.
Rubber risers & treads- Drywall partition framing & drywall installation.
