G&C Auto Body, Inc. is Hiring a Human Resource Generalist Near Santa Rosa, CA
- Monday – Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm with a 1 hour lunch.
- Pay: $30 – 37.50 per hour dependent upon ability to perform the listed duties and prior experience. (The HR Generalist position has a pay scale that consists of the following elements and ranges. Wages include base hourly compensation of between 30 and 37.50)

- Process and maintain new hire packets to ensure the best onboarding experience for employees.
- Ensure timely processing of terminations in compliance with the local, state, and federal laws.
- Assist managers with employee performance issues.
- Review, track, and document mandatory training, and work assessments.
- Document and maintain employee files.
- Perform routine tasks, including but not limited to: compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; and disputes and investigations.
- Handle employment-related inquiries from employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the Director of People.
- A high school diploma or GED is required; bachelor’s degree in accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field is preferred.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience working in a human resource position.
- Bi-lingual in Spanish is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
- Propensity toward acting with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Ability to quickly learn the organizations HRIS and talent management systems.
You will be required to pass a drug screen and background check prior to hire.
