Successful candidate must be a seasoned professional with excellent construction knowledge of project management and estimating materials and systems, and a 10 year history of successful performance in a similar position. Projects would include Schools, Detention Facilites, state and local government building projects, office, industrial and manufacturing facilities, and interior remodeling.
