Construction Project Manager, Estimator, Team leader. (Civil Earthwork & Underground Utilities)

We are looking to expand our Job Acquisition department. Pending experience, we have positions available in Estimation, Project management, Software Management, and Team leadership.

Alliance Construction is looking for Team Members to add value in acquiring work from Estimating to the finial closeout. Job skillsets include but are not limited to the following:

• Experience as a Civil Estimator for commercial construction projects which include estimating for underground utilities (sewer, water, sanitary) excavation, grading, demolition, and site development.
• Comprehension of construction processes, including different levels of job management from estimating, project start up, progress and job costing, invoicing, and job closeout.
• Experience with estimating software that provides organization, tracking, and quantity civil take off.
• Ability to read site plans and develop cost estimates efficiently.
• Works well in a team environment and possesses excellent communication skills.
• Organized, self-motivated, fast learner, able to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Communicate effectively with the sub-contractors responsible for completing various phases of the project on time and budget.
• Team leadership efforts of all parties involved in the project, which include the estimation team, management team, sub-contractors, and laborers.
• Keep a positive attitude & set an example as a leader that all crew members enjoy working with
