Henry Carlson Construction, a busy, stable and growing Construction Manager at Risk Firm is seeking a Project Manager to join its team. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, enthusiastic, can work with all types of people at various professional levels, and has a positive and professional attitude, appearance and demeanor.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage commercial construction projects from conception to completion.
• Formulate reports concerning such areas as work progress, costs, and scheduling.
• Manage and control project through direction of the on-site superintendent to ensure quality control and job completion on schedule and within budget.
• Meet all project goals (i.e. change orders, critical path dates, punch list completion, and closing reports).
• Maintain regular communication with senior management regarding project status.

Preferred Qualifications

• Five years of experience in construction preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or architecture is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Knowledge of Timberline and Procore software beneficial.
• Experience with scheduling program preferred.
• Broad-based understanding of project management with strong planning skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Excellent personal client and team building skills.
