The Project Manager position will focus on the administrative needs of the project involving clients, vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders by coordinating projects all the way from bid to delivery! As a supporting member of the team, an ability to effectively understand and support the needs of the customer and the company will be required for success in this role.

Responsibilities:

• Provide feedback on pricing, service, new products, quality, customer needs and competition to appropriate departments within JHL.
• Organize projects to bid, pull plans and specs and put all the job information together for the quotes person to look over and bid.
• Expediate orders and get shipping information to our customers.
• Assist in billing discrepancies.
• Track and document change orders ensuring accuracy of job folders.
• Perform end of project reconciliation ensuring accuracy of final customer invoicing.
• Handle customer service calls when a member of the project team is away.
• Establishes S.M.A.R.T. goals in line with company goals and values. Implements action plans with timelines with deliverables and measure results.
• Maintain effective relationships with suppliers and customers.
• Other responsibilities as assigned by manager.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills required including verbal and written.
• Strong analytical, negotiation and decision-making skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
• Ability to effectively handle multiple tasks and collaborate within a multi-functional team.
• Ability to easily develop and maintain productive working relationships.
• Technology proficiency – Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently, yet comfortable to work with in a team environment.
