The Intern’s responsibility will be to support the Finance Department in managing accounting projects. Strategizes to achieve maximum, efficient results.

 Primary Responsibilities:

 Data entry of invoices

• Work with Accounts Payable Clerk on invoicing, payments
• Pull requests for auditors and some other data entry and record duties

Qualifications:

• Must be enrolled in an Accounting or other Degree program
• BS Degree: Prefer College STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering & Math) Majors
• Chinese (Mandarin) Fluency Required
• Understanding of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems
• Excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills
• Analytical, organizational, multi-tasking and detail-oriented skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Power Point) - Must be highly proficient in Excel
• Must be able to possess a high level of confidentiality
