1 | Proficient in the type of customer's containers, customer container codes and the corresponding Fuyao programs and Fuyao codes. | |||
2 | Evaluate demand vs. loaded quantities vs. shipped quantities vs. delivered quantities of containers to ensure proper container handling is in place and delivery service meets the contractual requirements | |||
3 | Track the overall quantity, availability, and location of containers. Coordinate physical counts of on-hand container quantities for designated customers. | |||
4 | Continuously monitor the availability of containers to fulfill customer requirements. Identify container shortages and coordinate alternate solutions. Take the lead in notifying affected customers and coordinating mitigation strategies. | |||
5 | Analyze the root cause of container shortages. Implement changes to processes and policies to minimize future shortages. | |||
6 | Document the receipt of containers and create reports of inbound and outbound container data. | |||
7 | Manage and maintain the accuracy of container data on customer container web portals. | |||
8 | Formulate and implement the overall container management process in collaboration with department manager / director. | |||
9 | Determine the optimum layout for container locations on the plant floor. Maintain container location data / assignments in the productoin infromation system. | |||
10 | Manage communication with internal colleagues in production, logistics, warehouse, and customer account managers. | |||
11 | Manage container repair and refurbishment. Identify and coordiante the replacement of missing containers or containers damaged beyond repair. | |||
12 | Timely complete reports and other matters of importance as assigned by supervisors. | |||
13 | Know about important environmental factors, dangerous sources, and the methods of controlling them. | |||
14 | Execute and implement integrated management system regulations that apply to container management. | |||
15 | Document policies and procedures for container management practices. | |||
16 | Track and classify scrap and waste related to container management. Assign costs to scrap and waste as required. | |||
17 | Assist in other responsibilities. | |||

IⅤ. Qualification | ||||
Job Requirements | Language | Languages spoken commonly in the workplace are English and Mandarin. Ability to read, understand and comprehend documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. Ability to speak effectively and interact with other team members, engineers, leadership and customers. | ||
Experience | 1 to 3 years logistics experience and /or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred. Experience with automotive OEM or suppliers is strongly preferred. | |||
Education | Bachelor degree or higher | |||
Physical Condition | The employee is regularly required o stand for long periods. Duties include turning at the waist, reaching, bending, squatting and lifting up to 50 pounds. Ability to pass static strength requirements (grip) Visual acuity including, but not limited to: a. NEAR ACUITY - Clarity of vision at 20 inches or less. Use this factor when special and minute accuracy is demanded. b. FAR ACUITY - Clarity of vision at 20 feet or more. Use this factor when visual efficiency in terms of far acuity is required in day and night/dark conditions. c. DEPTH PERCEPTION - Three-dimensional vision. Ability to judge distances and spatial relationships so as to see objects where and as they actually are. d. COLOR VISION - Ability to identify and distinguish colors. e. FIELD OF VISION - Observing an area that can be seen up and down or to right or left while eyes are fixed on a given point. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
