FCB is currently seeking a new Board Member. The Board will support the work of FCB and provide mission-based leadership and strategic governance. While day-to-day operations are led by FCB’s Director, the Board-Director relationship is a partnership, and the appropriate involvement of the Board is both critical and expected.

Future Cycle Breakers (FCB) is a 501c3 organization empowering youth to break the cycle of generational poverty by becoming bold leaders and entrepreneurs. Our programs provide an environment for fostering a positive mindset, and self-development with a focus on building confidence, exploring individual purpose, creating a safe space for sharing personal stories, developing connections with mentors and peers, valuing oneself, taking risks, and discovering unique strengths.
