FUSION POWER is Hiring a Remote Inside Sales Representative

Fusion Power is expanding our operations and are looking for interested individuals to fill an Inside Sales Representative position. The Inside Sales Representative will be tasked with working closely with new clients to understand their needs and provide solutions based on our products and services.

Inside Sales Representative Responsibilities:

  • Acquisition of new leads through cold calling and online sales strategies.
  • Directly communicate with prospects through outbound calls to understand their needs and look for sales opportunities.
  • Negotiate and close sales.
  • Assist the team in meeting the weekly, monthly, and yearly quotas set by Fusion Power.
  • Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.
  • Become a subject matter expert to effectively explain and demonstrate unique selling features of products and services.

Inside Sales Representative Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an outbound call center or a related sales position is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
  • Excellent phone and cold calling skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Strong listening and sales skills.
  • Demonstrate professional etiquette at all times.
