FUSION Medical Staffing is Hiring a HRIS Manager Near Elkhorn, NE

Overview As HRIS manager, you will report to the Director of Human Resources and will have overall responsibility for the HRIS function within Fusion Medical Staffing and other business units. You are responsible for aligning the technology and the business’s strategies, systems analysis, requirement definitions, systems integration, testing, and support of Workday in alignment with key business objectives. You will partner with leaders and key stakeholders throughout the organization to drive and support initiatives that create scalable efficiencies as it relates to the HRIS landscape. You also lead the HRIS Team with daily operations, maintenance, and optimization of the system. Essential Functions Oversees and maintains optimal function of the HR Information Services systems, which may include database management, network support, implementation, customization, development, maintenance, and upgrades to applications, systems, and modules to meet changing business needs and technology Manage HRIS Team and serve as back-up to the team responsible for the front-line support, ticket, configuration, and troubleshooting of Workday Own and drive the HRIS application development roadmap and Workday release cycles at an enterprise level to manage and evaluate the Workday backlog of changes request, enhancements and prioritization so that the highest value projects are being delivered Collaborates with Fusion leadership, Workday governance committee, Payroll Department, Benefits Department and HR Department to identify needed improvements and enhancements to existing information services and databases; recommends and implements solutions to achieve the product vision and strategically aligned prioritization Serves as lead representative and liaison between HR, IT, operations, external vendors, and other stakeholders for HRIS structure and implementation projects to ensure features prioritized are moving through the delivery process Builds close relationships with functional teams and lead regular conversations with user groups to understand requirements, innovate, improve efficiencies, and address compliance requirements Serve as the driving voice of optimization by proactively identifying and communicating how we can improve utilization of our HRIS system for optimal scalability Maintain a high level of communication of HRIS initiatives as applicable to end users, user groups, governance committee, and key stakeholders Have a deep understanding of Fusion’s HRIS application landscape and processes Ensure current and accurate documentation and training aids of Fusion’s HRIS processes are maintained for all use groups Maintains knowledge of trends and developments in data management and security, HR technology, and HRIS applications Ensures system compliance with data security and privacy requirements, and that all users have the correct access Serves as a member of the Fusion Leadership Team, creating opportunities for strategic and cross-collaborative planning.
