Responsibilities:

- Project Planning: Collaborate with project managers and construction teams to develop efficient and effective plans for concrete-related tasks, adhering to project timelines and budget constraints.
- Formwork and Reinforcement: Supervise the installation of formwork and reinforcement to guarantee the accurate placement and alignment of concrete.
- Concrete Placement: Oversee concrete pouring and finishing operations, ensuring proper techniques are used to achieve the required surface characteristics and durability.
- Quality Control: Implement quality control measures throughout the construction process to identify and resolve any issues promptly.
- Safety Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel involved.
- Equipment Management: Manage and maintain concrete-related equipment, ensuring they are in optimal condition for use.
- Troubleshooting: Address any on-site challenges or discrepancies in a timely and effective manner, proposing solutions to maintain project progress.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of concrete quantities, testing results, work progress, and any modifications made during the construction process.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in concrete construction and field operations.
- Strong knowledge of concrete materials, mix design, and relevant industry standards.
- Familiarity with construction methodologies, practices, and techniques.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration.
