1. Develop, communicate, and execute the company's marketing strategy and annual marketing plans, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
2. Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
3. Oversee brand positioning, ensuring consistency and relevance across all marketing channels and campaigns.
4. Develop and implement strategies to acquire new customers and retain existing ones, maximizing customer lifetime value.
5. Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to inform marketing strategies and decision-making.
6. Lead digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and website optimization.
7. Manage the marketing budget efficiently, ensuring cost-effective campaigns and initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Proven experience as a senior marketing executive in USA (5 years and more).
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in digital marketing, data analytics, and marketing technology.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
