Responsibilities:

• Collect materials and equipment for upcoming projects
• Inspect incoming deliveries for quality, quantity, and accuracy, ensuring that all items meet our standards.
• Disburse inventory to technicians as needed and maintain accurate records of inventory
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free of hazards, ensuring a safe and efficient workspace.
• Track and manage all tools and equipment
• Conduct physical truck inventories twice a year to verify and maintain accurate records.
• Manage and build new and existing trucks with tools and inventory, making sure they are properly equipped and stocked.
• Ensure that all trucks have proper safety equipment, including First Aid kits, fire extinguishers, and more.
• Ensure that only authorized personnel access the warehouse area.
• Minimize technician downtime by ensuring prompt deliveries of materials and equipment.
• Perform other duties as assigned by your supervisor or management

Physical Requirements:

• Regularly spend hours sitting and using office equipment and computers (30% of the time).
• Regularly spend house standing and monitoring the company’s warehouse (50% of the time).
• Frequently bend, climb, and reach to stock and retrieve inventory items.
• Mobility required to attend weekly meetings.
• Regularly communicate verbally and written messages with others.
• Occasionally lift 10-50lbs.
• Must have visual acuity
