Drive profitable and effective field operations and sales by providing structured, consistent training related to processes, customer interaction, sales, safety, and leadership. Partner with Regional and District managers to develop, validate, and sustain best-in-class practices in the automotive quick lube and preventative maintenance sector.
Essential functions:
· Work closely with Regional Managers to ensure that new District Managers, both promoted internally and hired from the outside, are thoroughly trained and positioned for success.
· Lead SEAL team members within the assigned geographical area. Provide training materials for SEALs to train new Center Managers. Obtain input from SEALs to continuously improve approach.
· With other regional training managers, training leadership and District Managers continue to update training for Center Managers
· Assist Center Managers to ensure they have the skills and materials to train their technicians and assistant managers.
· Store-based remedial and need-based training projects to accelerate team growth when needed.
· Work with local, approved vendors to supply additional support training.
· Recognize gaps in training content and materials and provide insight to generate higher productivity and safety among staff.
· Identify future training needs and assist in the creation of curriculum to facilitate that training.
· Lead programs to assist employees with transitions due to technological changes, acquisitions, and mergers.
· Communicate with management, trainers, and team members to ensure that all training objectives are completed.
· Adhere to expense and travel policies for self and team.
· Provide consistent and clear reporting of training progress and challenges for each assigned location.
· Recognize and immediately address safety concerns.
· Ability to travel 50%-75% with some overnight and weekend assignments.
· Other duties as assigned.

· Ability to work hands-on with automotive technicians and mechanics.
· Able to spend extended amounts of time working on their feet in an outdoor conditions environment.
· Ability to work collaboratively and drive decision-making in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
· Proficient use of Microsoft Office products, ability to learn additional systems and software as needed.
· Bilingual a plus, but not required.
Required Experience:
· 5-7 years of prior management experience, multi-location leadership preferred.
· 5 years of experience training and developing sales and processes.
· 3-5 years of mechanical repair and maintenance experience.
Required Education:
· High school diploma or equivalent
· Real-world training experience
· Previous public speaking training a plus
· ASE mechanical certification a plus but not required
