Requirements:
- 2 years of customer service, retail, hospitality, or management experience
- Must possess a valid driver's license
- Minimum age requirement: 23
- Clean motor vehicle record
- No college degree required, but a strong motivation for leadership is essential

Responsibilities:

- Learn how to cut and program car keys, key fobs, and key remotes with hands-on training
- Manage and oversee inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and timely replenishment
- Learn how to oversee a team of 3-6 people, providing guidance, support, and motivation to achieve team goals
- Maintain client standards for sales by delivering exceptional service and promoting additional products/services
