Digital Marketing Specialist
Dept. Grease Monkey Oil Change and Auto Service
Reports To: Marketing Manager
Level: Plan Implementation Support
Purpose: To implement marketing programs that support the achievement of set objectives including awareness, sales, customer traffic, and profit growth.

· Grease Monkey Operations
· Grease Monkey Franchisees
· FSA Leadership Team
· FSA Marketing Department
· Advertising Vendors
Measurements of Success:
· Successful execution of Marketing promotions as measured by achieving annual plan comp sales and car counts.
· Meeting performance objectives on time within budget.
· Level of franchise participation in recommended programs and required spending.
Areas of Responsibility:
· LSM Process -- management and oversite of LSM media plans, budgets, expense reimbursements, and communication of program requirements.
· Review non-DMA local media proposals at the localized level, advise franchisees on best marketing recommendations to maximize spend.
· Review and authorize Marketing department invoices up to $15,000; route others for upper management review/approvals.
· Manage online marketing materials store including management of the ordering process, vendor negotiation, and support for franchisees
· Execution of Grease Monkey in store merchandising and other marketing materials including branded merchandise.
· Manage the digital menu board program for all shops, including new store implementation, and recommendations for creative updates.
· Manage Grease Monkey convention logistics
· Prepare quarterly sales and car count charts, coupon redemption reports, and other performance-tracking reporting for good decision-making in program management as well as at the request of internal management and agency partners.
· Manage Grease Monkey shop pages on greasemonkeyauto.com, updates to Grease Monkey Resource Center, and Grease Monkey-owned landing pages.
· Deliver marketing presentations, representing the Grease Monkey Marketing department, at specified meetings (including regional franchise meetings).
· Maintain shop and franchise contact database, communicating all changes to appropriate parties.
· Manage marketing programs and vendors including:
o Grand opening marketing support process
o Review management and reporting
o Digital platforms – Google Ads, Facebook, WordPress, etc.
o Develop communication with franchisees to facilitate program support
o Store listing management
o Instore merchandising planning and support
o Database and email marketing (Throttle)
o Coupon impact analysis
o Creative development
o Direct mail and print execution
o Competitive tracking
o Community involvement and sponsorships
· Ensure that Marketing programs are consistent with the company’s brand positioning.
· Provide support to franchise development team as needed.
· Perform other duties as assigned by marketing manager, CMO, etc.

Position Specific Skills and Requirements:
· Bachelor Degree in Business Administration and/or Marketing.
· 5 years of experience in retail marketing with agency and/or client.
