EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

•  Requires graduation from a certified school of Optometry.
• Must be eligible for licensure as an Optometrist in the state of Michigan.
• Must be eligible for Therapeutic Pharmaceutical Agent (T.P.A.) and Diagnostic Pharmaceutical Agent (D.P.A.) certification.
• Must participate in the educational experience of externs and clinical research.Must be able to work rotating days and shifts, including evening and weekend hours
• Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
