Responsible for administration of employee health and wellness plans for all FUJIFILM North America region companies, including maintaining a regular on-site review schedule. Assists in surveying industry and/or community to determine company’s competitive position with regards to the employee health plan. Modifies plans and/or policies and supervises administration of existing plans.
