Role Description

This is a full-time role as a Senior Manager of Field Operations. The Senior Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations in the field, speaking with clients, projecting volume and properly distributing work, coordinating schedules, ensuring quality and safety standards are met, and working closely with other departments to ensure smooth project execution for our clients. This role is located in Houston, TX but offers flexibility for some remote work.

• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
• Minimum for 8 years experience in residential construction
