Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead the Payroll function as well as assist with other aspects of human resources practices and processes at our North Richland Hills location.

Responsibilities:

• Process payroll on a weekly basis using Paylocity software.
• Help develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
• Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees
• Oversee employee relations, including resolving conflicts, conducting investigations, and ensuring fair and consistent treatment of employees
• Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
• Coordinate performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
• Handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures
• Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture through effective communication, recognition programs, and employee engagement initiatives
• Prepare and maintain HR records and reports, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an HR manager or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
• Thorough knowledge of HR principles, practices, and procedures
• Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• High level of integrity and confidentiality
• Proficiency in Paylocity and Microsoft Suite

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
