HR Consultants needed to complete short-term project. Main focus will be in reviewing, monitoring and audit searches to ensure compliance with EEOC regulations.
Ideal candidates will have knowledge of applicable state and federal employment and labor laws and governmental compliance requirements.
Ability to interpret, analyze and advise on the application of EEO policies and regulations in employment.
Proficient in EEO along with state and federal civil right laws
