Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join a great 3PL company in the city of Santa Fe Springs.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise warehouse staff and provide guidance and support as needed

• Participate in daily warehouse operation and activities including customer service.

• Coordinate receiving, storage, and distribution of goods

• Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and audits

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies

• Optimize warehouse layout and workflow to maximize efficiency

• Provide excellent customer service

• Implement and enforce best practices for inventory management and order fulfillment

• Collaborate with other departments to meet customer demands and resolve issues promptly

• Train new employees on warehouse procedures and safety protocols

Qualifications

• Must have 3PL experience

• Proven experience in warehouse operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control software

• Ability to lift and move heavy objects, as well as operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment

• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse environments
