Our clients want us to help them achieve their goals through having a team of Entry Level Account Managers who focus on customer service to ensure that we achieve our high goals and grow as an organization. Our Entry Level Account Manager works hard daily, brings in a high volume of new customers, and maintains high customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Our company is looking for someone to grow beyond the Entry Level Account Manager position. Someone who is eager to grow in their career and comes into the office with an open mind and a willingness to learn. The Entry Level Account Manager will learn the customer service and sales process efficiently and then have an opportunity to grow into a leadership role. We have many rewarding opportunities available to offer for the right candidate in the Entry Level Account Manager role!
Responsibilities of an Entry Level Account Manager:
- Converse with decision makers on a daily basis and help them understand the products and services we can offer through customer service efforts
- Assist the customers in finding the correct solution for their problems and processing sales in a confidential manner
- Attend meetings regarding products and services, sales goals, new sales approaches, and monthly office goals
- Work with other team members in the customer service and sales department to achieve personal and team goals
- Coordinate with the office manager to assist in running training and meetings for the Entry Level Account Manager team
Successful Entry Level Account Managers Should Have:
- 1-2 years of customer service, sales, or marketing experience is highly desirable
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Possess customer service and sales skills such as; patience, empathy, and clear communication
- High-quality, and dedicated work ethic
- Goal-driven and customer service-focused mindset
- The ability to be adaptable in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
- Maintain a positive attitude while interacting with customers
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
Shift:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
Weekly day range:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Work Location: In person
