Join Our Team: Multi-unit Executive Chef - Miami

Are you a talented and experienced Executive Chef with a passion for Cuban cuisine? FTK Hospitality Search Firm is seeking a skilled and dedicated Multi-unit Executive Chef to join our Client's team in Miami. This hands-on culinary operations role requires expertise in South American style cuisine and proficiency in both English and Spanish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee culinary operations across multiple units, ensuring high-quality food production and service
  • Develop and execute innovative and authentic South American menu offerings
  • Lead and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment
  • Maintain high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and organization in all kitchen areas
  • Collaborate with management to optimize menu pricing, control food costs, and enhance profitability
  • Stay updated with culinary trends and incorporate creative ideas into menu planning

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Chef in a multi-unit setting, specializing in South American cuisine
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is mandatory
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire kitchen teams
  • Excellent knowledge of culinary techniques, food presentation, and menu development
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
  • Food Safety Certification and knowledge of relevant health and safety regulations
  • Miami Airport kitchen oversightexpereince required 5 days a week in the kitchens working with the teams , running the basics of blocking and tackling,daily amazing food for breakfast, lunch anddinner , ongoing coaching &training
