FTC Equipment is a growing company in the fluid pumping, water process and water treatment business. We strive to provide the best process solutions and technical services to our customers. The Service Coordinator will work directly with the service technicians and the service manager.

The Service Coordinator is responsible for the processing of all shop and field service jobs, daily interaction with customers and vendors, ordering parts, daily updates to all job tracking tools, daily management of service calendars and schedules, preparing job packets for service technicians, tracking technicians' hours and reports, and customer follow up. The successful candidate must be extremely organized and show great attention to detail. A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required.

Required skills for this position include a high level of organization, excellent communication skills, typing at 50 words per minute, knowledge of Microsoft Office products, and the ability to complete tasks efficiently and accurately.
