Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Radiology Service Desk Coordinator to join our team. As a TRadiology Service Desk Coordinator, you will be responsible for Responding to support tickets in a timely manner. Provide detailed notes of all activities and interactions in the system Provide superior customer service Must be able to communicate effectively with key organizational stakeholders and be able to deal with a high-pressure environment with SLA escalation procedures for resolution.

Position: Radiology Service Desk Coordinator

Location: New York, NY

Facility: Hospital Center

Duration: 8 Weeks Contract with possible extension

Shift: 8x5 9:00 AM-5:00 PM

Pay Rate: $22- $27

Skills:

• Experience working in a hospital and/or with radiologists is required
• Experience working in a service desk environment
• Must be able to document and type 40 words a minute
• Technical familiarity with any of the following: Imaging Information Systems (IIS), Hospital Information Systems (HIS), Picture Archive and Communication Systems (PACS), EPIC, E-Clinical, Athena or similar system

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
