As a Sous Chef, you will have the unique opportunity to positively impact our residents every day. You will partner with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare staff, and under the supervision of a Dietary Director, positively represent the facility, providing nutritional care to promote patient comfort and contribute to the overall patient plan of care.

The Sous Chef is responsible for preparing food in accordance with federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations with Frontline Management established policies and procedures. The Sous Chef is directed by the Dietary Director to assure the highest quality food and service is provided at all times.
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:
WAGE RANGE: $17.50 and $19.55 DOE
