Porch Light Health (Front Range Clinics) is hiring for a Human Resource Generalist to join our growing HR Team!
The Human Resource Generalist will assist the HR Director in the routine functions of the Human Resources department. We are looking for candidates with a strong background in Recruitment (high volume a plus), Benefits enrollment, Leave requests, general HR and support in creating employee appreciation efforts. Candidate should have excellent communication and writing skills and have experience working in a healthcare organization. Must be located in Colorado.
Responsibilities:
-Follows Recruitment Strategy and Retention efforts:
Sources, Recruits, Interviews, and onboards new employees (50%)
-Follows Compliance guidelines for all aspects of HR, including labor and compensation law.
-Partners with Management Staff on answering questions as they pertain to Benefits, Compensation, Leave, and Employee Relations
-Follows HRIS processes
-Supports HR Director in facilitating Employee Programs
-Supports HR Director in running Payroll and Benefit enrollments
Required Skills:
-Thorough Knowledge of Federal, State and local employment laws and regulations.
-Bachelors in Human Resources, or related field.
-Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
-Ability to prioritize tasks
-Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
-Track record of outstanding verbal and written communication skills
-High level of interpersonal, negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
-Program Management a plus
-Ability to quickly learn new systems and organizational layout.
Other Qualifications:
-Resides in Colorado
-Has a minimum of 2 years of HR Specialist experience
-Experience working in a Healthcare environment/organization
