Positions: CSR, Virtual Office Representatives (scheduling)

Job duties - IN OFFICE - No remote working

• Answer inbound telephone calls and emails
• Collect and document information
• Schedule appointments on multiple platforms
• Multitask (phone, typing, and processing)
• Communicate professionally with our clients
• Able to Type 45 WPM
• Communicate using proficient grammar skills
• Possess the ability to show empathy.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma/ GED
• Experience working/ communicating with people.'
