FRENCHETTE, the TriBeCa brasserie from chefs Lee Hanson and Riad Nasr, is seeking Runners, Baristas, and Bussers. Above all, we are seeking thoughtful, passionate candidates who are confident in all facets of the restaurant and approach the workplace with professionalism, teamwork, and commitment to our community. We will consider candidates with relevant experience in fast paced, high-volume restaurants. NYC experience is prefered, but not required. Candidates with a working knowledge of classic wine as well as an interest in natural wine will be strongly considered.
Candidates must posses:
- A strong sense of hospitality
- The ability to move quickly and efficiently in a high volume atmosphere
- A passion for natural wine, spirits, and French cuisine
- Open availability for 2-3 shifts a week, including weekends
- A sense of humor
- NYC experience prefered, but not required
- FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE, BUT MUST BE AVAILABLE FRIDAYS, SATURDAYS, AND SUNDAYS, AM/PM
