We are looking for an Assistant Project Manager to join our team in Fishers, IN! The Assistant Project Manager supports the Project Manager and the Foreman throughout the duration of the job. The APM's support begins when the job is turned over to Construction and continues until the O&Ms are sent to the GC. This role handles all aspects of the project's administrative tasks; to be successful in this role, the APM needs to be organized and efficient until the project is completed. 

Responsibilities:

• Create and enter Purchase Orders and Burden Purchase Orders
• Produce Job Adds; enter them into Vista
• Takeoff or receive/quote/purchase material for jobsites
• Create/send Schedule of Values (SOV)
• AIA Billing and Lien Waivers
• Request/send permits
• Produce and price change orders; enter them into Vista
• Create/maintain job folders
• Create/track submittals, Requests for Information (RFI's) and Operations Manuals (O&M's)
• Manage equipment rentals for all plumbing projects
• Visit jobsites
• Create job plans

Required qualifications:

• Degree or certification in construction management or project management, preferred
• 1-2 years construction industry experience, preferred
• OSHA 10-Hour certification, preferred
• Strong organization and communication skills
• Must be able to remain calm under pressure and interact with internal and external customers in a professional manner
• Attention to detail and data entry skills
• Self-motivated and able to complete tasks with little direction
