Superintendents coordinate crew activities, subcontractors, equipment, and materials for multiple jobs. They are responsible for the project completion in compliance with (or beating!) the job estimate cost and schedule. Our current superintendents are a passionate, fun, and driven team. They lead with focus, humor, integrity, and care.

We prefer candidates with:

• At least three years of successful civil construction management experience.
• Ability to read, understand, and execute blueprints, grades/elevation, drawings, specifications, and plans.
• Thorough understanding of legal requirements relating to construction and building sites.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Must be quick to adapt and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated; ability to work independently.
• OSHA 30 Certification

This position works Monday-Friday and some Saturdays during peak season.
