FreeWire Technologies is Hiring a Sales Operations Analyst Near Oakland, CA

Sales Operations Analyst

Hybrid out of Oakland, CA

Responsibilities:

  • Lead sales pipeline analysis and trends by monitoring deal-flow across stages
  • Monitor sales team efficiency and performance by tracking critical metrics including deal cycle times, close rates, pipeline growth, and follow-on sales
  • Develop metrics around customer acquisition costs and lifetime customer value
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Sales and cross-functional relationships with Finance, Accounting, and Operations for timely flow of information that impacts Sales or other functional areas
  • Provide post-sales analytical support to customers as needed; this may involve product training, providing documentation, and assisting with incentive programs like LCFS
  • Work with Sales leadership and Operations teams on sales forecasts and production planning
  • Support Sales and other internal teams with CRM reports and dashboards
  • Calculate and track the Sales teams’ commissions and reconcile with Sales & Finance
  • Be our NetSuite expert; understand the order to cash process, reconcile Sales orders with Logistics and Finance to ensure accurate fulfillment and invoicing
  • Present ideas and recommendations, and continuously look for ways to improve Sales and Sales Operations processes
  • Develop business and performance insights into presentation format for presenting to or by senior leadership
  • All other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Business Administration/Finance or related field
  • 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in Sales Analytics
  • Excellent analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills, including conducting research, analyzing data, developing hypotheses, and synthesizing recommendations
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with people at all levels
  • High degree of intellectual curiosity and ability to absorb concepts quickly and pursue projects independently
  • Advanced Excel (e.g. pivot tables, vlookups, data modeling) and PowerPoint skills

Preferred:

  • Experience with cloud-based CRM platforms like Hubspot
  • Experience with SQL or other query languages
  • Experience with NetSuite
