Your Role
This Compensation team provides leadership and guidance in the development and delivery of effective compensation strategies and policies that support BSC's goals and are in alignment with enterprise values, philosophy, and strategic direction. The Sales Compensation Analyst, Consultant will report to the Senior Director, Compensation. In this role, you will focus on delivering and collaborating on Blue Shield's corporate and sales compensation programs as well as providing counsel and recommendations to the business to ensure understanding and effective use of our compensation programs. The role oversees the sales compensation programs and supports the broad-based and executive compensation programs.

The pay range for this role is: $ 118800.00 to $ 178200.00 for California
