Summary

The Strategy Implementation Manager is responsible for supporting the Sr. Director, Operations Enablement in optimizing Operations processes, systems, and business solutions to drive both incremental value growth and operational efficiencies. A leadership position within the Operations Enablement Team, this role will support and implement Operations transformative and operational projects across the enterprise, interacting with subject matter experts and management to understand current state and develop forward-thinking process solutions consistent with the goals and operating principles of the Operations function.
Additionally, this role supports all internal team processes including presentation and meeting support, Operations project strategy development, planning, and business solutions development.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Support field execution of the Operations project roadmap in close coordination with the Enablement team, Operations corporate and field teams, and cross-functional project teams.
  • Facilitate project requirements gathering and develop comprehensive project strategies.
  • Support Operations transformation and process improvement initiatives through leadership of deployment, adoption and sustained use of business solutions produced by projects.
  • Engage regularly with business process owners and users to identify and characterize business process improvement opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain project management processes, standards, and tools to facilitate efficient and effect project work.
  • Maintain the interpersonal and presentation skills necessary to sustain effective working relationships and effectively communicate, influence, and/or facilitate discussions with all levels of stakeholders.
  • Manage multiple implementation projects and initiatives as needed.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5-8 years of relevant experience.
