Summary

Manages the execution of the service plan. Ensures that that handoff from the Business Development goes smoothly. Works closely with the branch and the logistics teams to ensure proper planning and execution. Works with large complex and important accounts.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Client Solutions
  • National Account Volume – $8 million or more annually.
  • Operates as the main point of contact for any and all matters specific to your customers. Builds and maintains strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Develops a trusted relationship with key customer stakeholders.
  • Quotes prices for Business Development and CRM events.
  • Estimates date of completion to customer, based on knowledge of own firm's production and schedules.
  • Confirms jobs and requests necessary information to prepare service manuals and work orders.
  • Inspects job site for proper planning when necessary.
  • Produces and reviews work orders with assigned show staff prior to job.
  • Functions as a mentor for the team.
  • Assists Business Development and CRM accounts through the use of presentations, demos, quotes, estimates, billing, etc. Participates in post event meetings with assigned national accounts.
  • Mentors members of the regional team and participates in the performance management process as requested.
  • Supervises jobs on site as required.
  • Oversees staff from other departments assigned to the show.
  • Works with other departments to establish schedules of completion.
  • Responsible for the event job cost.
  • Follows-up on customer complaints.
  • Entertains clients and facilities as necessary.
  • Attends industry events as assigned
Miscellaneous
  • Prepares reports of business transactions.
  • Keeps track of travel expenses and submits travel expense reports as required.
  • Represents Freeman to internal personnel and external contacts in a loyal, ethical, and moral manner.
  • May lead client solutions project teams

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Minimum 8 years of related sales experience.
  • Has proven the ability to successfully manage their own book of accounts in the profitable production of revenue opportunities totaling approximately $7 million or more.
  • Knowledge of sales systems such as TSS and Salesforce.com
  • Working knowledge of all Microsoft Office Software applications.
  • Excellent customer service and organizational skills

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations

  • CEM (Certified in Exhibition Management), CPSP (Certified Professional Sales Person) or CRSP (Certified and Registered Sales Professional).
