Responsibilities:

• Develop and coordinate training schedules
• Develops new training program design and existing program enhancements including lesson plans and other training materials
• Collaborating with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy of course materials and relevance to target audience
• Delivers training programs and workshops
• Monitors the effectiveness of training using individual or group performance results
• Collects feedback on sessions from attendees to use for future improvements
• Review, test, and provide feedback on training materials
• Updates training materials and presentations based on updates to content and/or session feedback
• Consult with other trainers, managers, and leadership
• Provide accurate and timely training reports

Required Qualifications:

• Active TS/SCI Security Clearance
• Candidate must have a Bachelor’s Degree in related field
• 2-8 years’ experience in Technical Training or related field
• Able to understand and apply concepts related to the field they are providing instruction for
• Demonstrated ability to deliver effective training
• Experience using presentation tools (Microsoft PowerPoint, Zoom, etc.) to provide training on software applications
