Summary:
The Marketing Specialist will play a key role in evolving and enhancing our Freedom Mortgage brand on social media, through supporting the build, execution, and measurement on organic and paid content marketing efforts. These efforts are intended to educate/entertain, attract/retain, build community/positive sentiment and reputation, as well as convert candidates as well as consumer leads on a variety of business objectives.
Essential Job Functions may include:
Interview employees and/or customers to create new content and scripts for social media content as well as campaigns.
Oversee content development for social media platforms including enterprise sites: Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
Manage social media marketing campaigns, editorial calendars and tactical plans according to established budgets and timeline.
Report using social media tracking tools (such as Sprout Social, Google Analytics, etc.) on topics such as competitive listening, followership, post/content engagement, etc.
Stay abreast of the changing social media landscape. Communicate industry changes to key stakeholders.
Brainstorm new campaign solutions and co-lead the subsequent execution on such programs as: Influencer marketing, social media followership contests, and other followership growth strategies.
Maintain regular and punctual attendance.

Education and/or Experience:
Bachelor's degree (BA or BS) from four-year College or University.
Zero (0) to two (2) years of experience within a corporate or agency environment.
Location:
Must reside in Philadelphia, PA or Washington D.C./Baltimore Metropolitan areas.
This role will require travel to our Conshohocken, PA, Marlton, NJ, and Colombia MD offices.
Language Skills:
Ability to read business journals, financial reports and legal documents. Ability to present information and respond to questions from groups of administrators, managers, employees, customers and/or the general public.
Mathematical Skills:
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions and percentages.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to solve practical problems and solve a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardizations exists. Ability to intemperate a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Customer Service Relationships:
Assesses and diffuses problem situations and requires influencing others to reach consensus. Requires tact and diplomacy to handle difficult customer relationships. Explores alternatives and creative solutions to meeting the needs of customers.
