Job Description: As a Sales Representative at Free Rain Farms, you will be responsible for driving sales and building relationships with retailers and other cannabis businesses across Washington State. You will represent our brand and products, educate customers on their benefits, and provide outstanding customer service to ensure their satisfaction. With a focus on achieving sales targets and fostering long-term partnerships, you will play a key role in contributing to the success and growth of our business.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with retailers and other cannabis businesses, serving as the primary point of contact for sales inquiries, orders, and support.
• Educate customers on the features and benefits of our products, answering questions, and addressing any concerns to ensure a positive experience.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase our offerings and highlight their unique selling points.
• Identify sales opportunities and prospects within assigned territory, actively pursuing new business and expanding our customer base.
• Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to coordinate sales activities, resolve issues, and optimize processes.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges.
• Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and other documentation as required by management.
• Prepare and submit VMI proposals for all active VMI partners.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the cannabis industry or a related field.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong customer relationships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers effectively and build rapport.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to close deals and overcome objections.
• Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for sales and a willingness to take initiative.
• Knowledge of cannabis products, industry regulations, and market trends in Washington State is a plus.
• Ability to analyze and interpret retail store inventory data to drive sales growth and VMI services.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
