Responsibilities:

• Assist with general administrative tasks including answering phones, replying to emails, and managing schedules
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting visitors, addressing inquiries, and assisting with registrations
• Manage and maintain records, databases, and filing systems
• Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports
• Coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements
• Assist with marketing and promotional activities

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
