```Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized, and action-oriented Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our lease up property. The Property Manager will be responsible for ensuring resident satisfaction, managing property maintenance/repairs, and maximizing occupancy rates. The ideal candidate will be a team player, have strong customer service skills, excellent organizational abilities, and some experience in property management.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of property operations, including leasing, rent collection, and tenant relations
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs with vendors and contractors
- Handle tenant inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner
- Market available properties to attract prospective tenants
- Screen potential tenants through background checks and reference verification
- Negotiate lease agreements and enforce lease terms
- Maintain accurate records of rental payments, expenses, and vacancies
- Utilize property management software (e.g., OneSite) for data entry and reporting
- Collaborate with the accounting department to ensure accurate financial reporting

Skills:
- Strong customer relationship management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in data entry and record keeping
- Sales experience is a plus
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
